Consultations for hypnotherapy

1. Consultations are carried out at 66 Causewayhead Road, Stirling, FK9 5EZ, Scotland
2. The number of consultations will vary with the problem or desired self improvement
3. For smoking, a one-off session lasting about 1 hour 30 minutes is often all that is required
4. The first session involves an assessment of the problem and an action plan
5. Training in self hypnosis can be arranged
6. Handling M.E. with self hypnosis is available (including specialist tapes)
7. Special sessions in creative imagery for sport are available
8. Special sessions for study difficulties or study enhancement are available
